Working for more than one business

Freelance DJs who work for several businesses on Mobile DJ Manager use one login and switch between them.

In Your teamUpdated

Many DJs work for more than one company. If two businesses both use Mobile DJ Manager, the DJ has one login for both.

Being invited by a second business

When a second business invites you with the same email address, you get an invitation to accept. Accept it and sign in with the password you already have. Nothing about your first business changes.

Neither business can see anything of the other, including that you work for it.

Switching between businesses

At the bottom of the sidebar, click Switch business and choose the business. When you sign in, you go to the business you used most recently.

Notifications

The bell only shows notifications for the business you are in, so switch to see the other’s.

Two-factor sign-in

If any of your businesses requires two-factor sign-in, you use it for all of them, because it protects your login rather than one business.

Your details

Your name, email and password belong to you, and you change them from your profile. Each business keeps its own record of your phone number and address.

Customers of two businesses

The same goes for customers. Someone who books two businesses uses the same email and password, but signs in to each business’s portal separately, and neither portal shows the other.
