Your branding appears wherever customers and staff see Mobile DJ Manager: the client portal, the admin area, your sign-in page, your emails and your PDFs.
Setting your brand
- Go to Settings > Styles > Branding.
- Upload your Logo. PNG, JPG or WEBP work best. SVG files aren’t accepted.
- If your logo is dark, also upload a Logo for dark backgrounds, such as a white version.
- Choose your Primary colour and Secondary colour.
- Save.
The setup wizard can pick your colours from your logo for you.
Light and dark versions
Parts of the admin area and some email headers are dark. Mobile DJ Manager uses whichever of your logos suits each background, even if you uploaded them the wrong way round. If only one logo suits neither background, a contrasting backing is added behind it so it stays readable.
Where it shows
- Client portal: logo, colours and your business name, at your own web address.
- Admin area: your logo and colours replace ours, for you and your staff.
- Sign-in pages at your web address.
- Emails and PDFs: through your email and PDF style. See Styling your emails and PDFs.
- Website widgets: your enquiry form and packages use your colours.
- Browser tab: your logo is used as the small icon.
