Go to Settings > Business. Settings is the cog at the bottom of the sidebar, and only admins can open it.
Business Rules
- Currency: used for every price, payment and invoice.
- Locale: how dates and numbers are written, for example 07/11/2026 in the UK or 11/07/2026 in the US.
- Timezone: your local time. Automations such as “the day before the event” run on your clock.
- Default event type: picked for you on new events.
- Deposit and Require a paid deposit before an event is automatically confirmed. See Deposits, balances and due dates.
Business Contact Details
The address, phone and email customers see on your emails, invoices and PDFs. A Footer preview shows how they will appear.
These can be different from the details you signed up with. For example, use a business phone number here and keep your own mobile on your account.
Hiding your address
If you work from home, switch off Show my address on documents I send and your address is left off every email and PDF sent to customers.
VAT registered? VAT invoices normally need a business address. Rather than hiding it, consider using a business address here.
Saving
Each Settings page has its own Save button and only saves that page, so two people can change different settings at the same time.
