You can open the portal yourself to check how your logo and colours look to customers.
Opening the preview
- Go to Settings > Styles.
- Click Preview customer portal.
The portal opens with a banner across the top so you know you’re previewing. You stay in preview mode until you sign out.
What you see
You see the portal’s layout, colours, logo and menus, but not any customer’s bookings: because you aren’t a customer, the pages show their empty states. Nothing you do in the preview can change a customer’s information.
Checking a real booking
To see exactly what one customer sees, open their event in the admin area. The event page and the printed event details show the same information they have in the portal, plus your internal notes and figures.

Change your logo and colours in Settings > Styles, then preview again. See Your logo and colours.
