Adding forms and widgets to your website

Paste one snippet into your website, then add your enquiry form, your packages and a portal login button wherever you want them.

In Leads and enquiriesUpdated

Widgets let visitors enquire, browse your packages and sign in to their portal without leaving your website. They work on any website builder that lets you paste HTML, including WordPress, Wix and Squarespace.

Step 1: add the loader once

  1. Go to Settings > Widgets.
  2. Copy the snippet under Step 1 – paste this once, anywhere on your site.
  3. Paste it into your website, ideally in the footer or the site-wide code area, so it’s on every page.

Step 2: add the widgets you want

Copy a widget’s snippet and paste it where you want it to appear on a page.

Enquiry form

Choose which of your forms to show. You need at least one active form. See Building an enquiry form.

Packages & Add-ons

Shows your packages and add-ons with prices. Choose a form under Send “Enquire” clicks to this form and each package gets an Enquire button that opens your form with that package picked. Leave it blank to show prices only.

Portal login

A button that takes your customers to their portal sign-in page.

Making widgets match your site

Two switches change how the enquiry form and packages widgets look:

  • Transparent background drops the white card, so the widget sits straight on your page and fills the space you give it.
  • Hide logo and title removes your logo and the form title, which helps when your page already has a heading.

Your brand colours are always used. The preview updates as you change the switches, and the snippet changes with them, so copy it again afterwards.

Using the form without a website

Every form also has its own page. Open the form in Communication > Forms and hover over the question mark beside its Slug to see the public link. Share it in a social media bio, an email signature or a QR code.

Thank-you pages: if your form redirects to a thank-you page, the whole page moves there, not just the widget.
