Everything about paying for Mobile DJ Manager is in Settings > Subscription. Only admins can see it.
Your subscription
The page shows your plan, its status, when it renews and what you pay, including any extra staff seats and discounts. Billing History lists your past payments.
Every plan includes every feature. Your free trial needs a card to start, and you aren’t charged until it ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
Updating your card
Click Update payment method. You are taken to a secure Stripe page to change your card, then brought back.
Staff seats
Your plan includes 4 employee seats. Admins don’t need one. If you need more, contact support. Extra seats are added to your subscription and charged with your next payment, part of a month or year at a time.
Cancelling
Click Cancel subscription. Your subscription keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. Change your mind before then and click Resume subscription.

If a payment fails, or your subscription ends
You keep full access for a short grace period, with a banner explaining what’s wrong. Update your card to carry on.
After the grace period, your admin area is limited to a read-only list of your events, and Settings stays open so you can subscribe again with Subscribe. Your customers’ invoice PDFs keep working in the meantime. Nothing is deleted.
Promo codes
If you have a promo code, enter it when you click Subscribe.
