Exporting reports and Google Sheets feeds

Download any report as a CSV or PDF, export a mailing list from your bookings, or pull live figures into Google Sheets.

In Reports and dashboardUpdated

CSV and PDF

On any report, choose your dates, then download:

  • CSV for a spreadsheet. It has every record, however many there are.
  • PDF for printing or sending to your accountant. It opens with a summary comparing the two periods. Long lists show the 500 most recent records, with a note to download the CSV for the rest.

A mailing list of upcoming customers

On the Bookings & Events report the downloads follow the table, including any filters and search. So to export every confirmed customer with an upcoming event:

  1. Set the date range to All upcoming.
  2. Filter the table to Confirmed.
  3. Download the CSV. It includes each customer’s name, email and phone.

Live feeds into Google Sheets

Every report also has a live feed you can pull into Google Sheets, which refreshes by itself.

  1. Go to Settings > Reports and copy the address for the report you want.
  2. In Google Sheets, type into a cell: =IMPORTDATA("paste the address here")

The feed always covers the last 12 months.

Keep feed addresses private. Anyone with one can see that report. If one gets out, click Regenerate URLs: every old address stops working, and you’ll need to paste the new ones into your sheets.
