Reports live under Reporting in the sidebar. Each one has the same controls at the top, a row of headline figures, charts and a table.
Choosing the dates
At the top of every report:
- Date range: presets such as the last 30 days, this month, this quarter, this year or the last 12 months, or your own dates.
- Compare with: the previous period, or the same period last year.
Every figure, chart, table and download on the page follows your choice.
The Bookings & Events and Sales reports can look ahead too, with ranges such as the next 30 days, the next 12 months or All upcoming.
The reports
- Leads: leads received, conversion rate, bookings won, booked value, average days to convert and leads lost. Charts show leads received against bookings won, where those leads are now, and leads by source and event type, with the reasons leads were lost.
- Bookings & Events: events, confirmed and cancelled, with events by date, status, type and venue. The table lists the events themselves.
- Financial: income, expenditure and net, income against expenditure over time, and revenue by transaction type. The table lists the transactions.
- Sales: packages and add-ons sold and the revenue from each, your top packages and add-ons, and how revenue splits between them.
- Customer & Marketing: leads received from every source, form submissions and how many became bookings, your form conversion rate and conversions over time.
How lead conversions are counted
A lead counts as converted once it is actually booked, not when you send a quote. A lead received in the period is either converted, lost or still open, so the three always add up to the number received. Bookings won counts conversions that happened in the period, whenever the lead came in.
