Like the Event Types, MDJM allows you add, change and delete different Enquiry Sources.
To add your own Enquiry Sources, login to your wp-admin area of your site, hover over the MDJM Events menu on the left hand side and then click on Enquiry Sources. You can also access this by hovering over the MDJM Enquiries menu at the top, highlighting Enquiries then clicking on Enquiry Sources too.
Once landed on the Enquiry Sources page, on the right is a list of all the Enquiry Sources currently set within the MDJM Portal. We’ve allowed you to delete the pre-set Enquiry Sources and you can do this by hovering over the Enquiry Sources you want to delete on the right, then clicking the red Delete option underneath the name.
To create a new Enquiry Sources, you have the fields on the left hand side: Name, Slug, Parent Category, Description, Default.
To set the slug of the Enquiry Sources, this is usually the name of the enquiry but instead of spaces, it’s hyphens. For example, if the name of the Enquiry Sources is Facebook Messenger the slug would be facebook-messenger. Try and avoid using capital letters in the Slug name.
If you only cater for one enquiry specifically, you can set that Enquiry Sources to the default Enquiry Sources when a new enquiry comes in. To do this to an Enquiry Sources that’s already there, hover over it on the list on the right then click Edit. When it’s loaded, click on the Set as Default Enquiry Sources box and click Update.
The Enquiry Sources page also keeps a count of how many different types of enquiries you’ve had enquiries for.
